導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低

導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)是衡量保溫材料隔熱效果的重要指標(biāo)，導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)越低，隔熱性能就越好。平均溫度為0℃時(shí)，本材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.034w/m.k，而它的表面放熱系數(shù)高，因此在相同的外界條件下，使用厚度相對薄的本產(chǎn)品，便能達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)保溫材料相同的保溫效果。

Low conductivity factor

Conductivity factor is a very important index to measure the heat-insulation effect of the heat-preservation material. The lower the conductivity factor, the better the heat-insulation performance will be.

Conductivity factor of this material is 0.034w/m.k at average temperature0℃.as this product has high surface heat liberation rate ,using the product with thinner thickness can get the same heat-preservation result as the traditional heat-preservation material at the same environmental conditions .

阻燃性能好

按照《建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》和《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》要求用于管道及設(shè)備的保溫材料須采用不燃或難燃材料。而本材料中含有大量阻燃減煙原料，燃燒時(shí)產(chǎn)生的煙濃度極低，而且遇火不熔化，不會(huì)滴下著火的火球，材料具有自熄來特征。

按GB8624-2006《建筑材料及制品燃燒性能分級》，華美Class1產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于國標(biāo)中用于建筑產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域制品燃燒性能不低于C級的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保安全可靠。

Good fire-blocking

According to the fire-proof regulation of building design and fire-proof regulations of higher living building, the heat-preservation material used in piping and equipment should adopt the fire-blocking and smoking-reducing raw materials. The smoking concentration generated from fire is very low. It shall not be melted when touched with fire and no any burning balls will be fallen down. The material has self-extinguishing characteristic.

The specification of Huamei class 1 product is better than the national standard which used for burning products of construction fields.  The burning performance of the product is not lower than c grade according to GB8624-2006 classification for burning behavior of building materials and products, ensuring safe and reliable.

華美橡塑具備完善的閉孔結(jié)構(gòu)，所有泡孔相互獨(dú)立，互不聯(lián)通的氣泡形成密閉的空氣層，有效提高產(chǎn)品的隔熱性能，同時(shí)華美橡塑獨(dú)立的密閉汽泡結(jié)構(gòu)，能對水汽分子形成多重阻隔，即便材料表層受損，也能防止水汽滲透到材料內(nèi)部，從而能夠保持產(chǎn)品隔熱效果長期穩(wěn)定。在相同條件下，水的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)比空氣的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)高24倍，而非閉孔結(jié)構(gòu)的材料一旦表皮受損，水汽即可滲入材料內(nèi)部，導(dǎo)致材料更新喪失保溫效果。

It owes perfect aperture-closing foam structure, all aperture are independent each other. The non-connected air bubble forms the closed air layer that can enhance the moisture, even if the surface of the material was damaged, it also can prevent the water vapor into the inner material, so that maintaining the long-term steady of the heat-insulation effect at the same condition; the conductivity factor of water is 24 times higher than airs, while the non-aperture-closing structure is in reverse.

因本產(chǎn)品富柔韌性，安裝簡易方便。管道安裝：可套上后一起安裝，也可將本管材料縱向切開后再用膠水粘合而成。對閥門、三通、彎頭等復(fù)雜部件，可將板材裁剪后，按不同形狀包上粘合，確保整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)密性，從而保證了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的保溫性。又因本材料外表有橡膠的光滑平整，以及它本身的優(yōu)異性能，不需另加隔汽層，防護(hù)層，減少了施工中的麻煩，也保證了外形美觀、平整。

當(dāng)設(shè)備或管道檢修時(shí)，剝離下來的本材料可重復(fù)使用，性能不變。

Beautiful appearance and easy to install

Because of the good softness, the product is easy to be installed. Tube installing: the tubes can be installed after assembling or cut up them longitudinally and bind them with glue. With completed parts such as valve ,three-way connection and elbow pipe, cut plate material up and wrap those completed parts with the cut plate according to different shapes and then bind them together. That installing method guarantees the tightterial has smooth and straight surface as of rubber and excellent performances, it is not needed to insert sealing layer or preservation layer, so as to can save installing time and also guarantee that the installed appearance is beautiful and smooth.

During the time of maintenance of equipment and pipe, the rest cut out from the material can be reused, which has the same performance.
